Services update: 16th March 2021

in Other Share this

As Wales starts to move gradually out of lockdown, we want to remind everyone that support is available via phone and pre-booked face-to-face appointments, and our refuges remain open, as they have been throughout the past year.

The safety of everyone who accesses and delivers our services remains our top priority. As such, we ask that people accessing our services continue to book appointments in advance to help us limit the number of people accessing our offices.

OFFICES

Pre-booked appointments can be made in advance at our offices in Newport, Abergavenny, Pontypool and Blaenau Gwent Monday to Friday. We remain committed to social distancing and visitors are required to adhere to the guidelines at all times.

SUPPORT IN THE COMMUNITY

Existing clients can continue to contact their support worker directly, or contact us via phone and email to make an appointment or access support. Where possible, we will continue to provide support remotely or off-site.

DROP-IN AND CRISIS SUPPORT

Anyone in need of direct support should continue to contact us via the phone number or email address for their nearest office to arrange an appointment.

GROUPS

Groups are running online across our delivery areas. If you would like to find out how to access the Freedom Programme online, or enquire about other group-work opportunities, please contact us.

REFUGES

We continue to provide accommodation via our refuges, with our standard levels of support in place.

OTHER NON-URGENT ENQUIRIES

We still encourage anyone who does not have a support-related enquiry to contact us via email. Please email your nearest office if you would like to get in touch with us about anything else.

Please remember: if you need support in relation to any form of Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse or Sexual Violence: contact us
