We offer a range of trauma-informed services across Gwent to help individuals and families find safety and live their lives free from fear.
All our services are delivered by qualified and experienced staff who are experts in domestic abuse and sexual violence support.
Our focus is on empowering people to recognise their strengths, recover from their experiences and rebuild their lives.
Our support is confidential and non-judgmental. We’ll help you to access the support and services you need, and give you the space to make the right choices for you.

Help to make your own home safer
Support with the police process
Group-based support

Support to access legal advice
Support and advocacy with statutory agencies, such as social services

Support to access welfare benefits, education, training and employment
Referrals and signposting to other services that you might need
Confidential drop-in services for people in crisis or in need of initial support.
