In light of the escalating coronavirus situation and extension of self-isolation guidance to protect the most vulnerable in our communities, we have now taken the following measures:
Office closures
Our offices are now closed until further notice. Any updates re. this situation will be posted to our website.
Support in the community
Existing clients with a support worker can contact them directly for phone support. Support workers will be checking in with their clients regularly and conducting appointments over the phone.
Anyone in need of ‘drop-in’ support should contact us via the phone number or email address for their nearest office. Individuals’ details will be taken by a member of our administrative team and a support worker will get back to them as soon as possible (within office hours).
Groups
Support workers and volunteers will be maintaining contact with group members via phone during this period.
Refuges
We will continue to provide accommodation via our refuges, monitoring the situation in each property to ensure residents remain safe. Our refuges are currently full.
Other non-urgent enquiries
We encourage anyone who does not have a support-related enquiry to contact us via email. Please email your nearest office if you would like to get in touch with us about anything else.
Please remember: if you need support in relation to any form of Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse or Sexual Violence during this period: contact us
