Older People’s Project Raises Awareness
The Gwent-wide Older People’s awareness-raising project, funded by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent, was set up to help people over 55 recognise domestic abuse and sexual violence and access support services. Our Older People’s awareness-raising worker identified gaps in provision and connected with organisations and communities across Gwent to improve understanding of abuse and help older people access support.
