Crisis intervention and group work rolls out across Monmouthshire

in Other Share this

Following a successful grant application to Lloyds Bank Foundation, Cyfannol Women’s Aid has now recruited a crisis intervention worker for Monmouthshire. This role aims to provide support and advice to women accessing services at the point of crisis, ensuring immediate intervention, risk assessment and safety planning. Drop-in sessions will be available in Chepstow (Tuesdays) and Monmouth (Fridays) and throughout the week at our office in Abergavenny.

The Lloyds Bank Foundation funding has also facilitated the launch of new Freedom Programme groups in Chepstow and Monmouth, in addition to the Abergavenny Freedom Programme.
