News about Caerphilly Services!

in Cyfannol Updates Share this

Our services are growing! We’re delighted to share that – from today – Cyfannol Women’s Aid is now the main provider of VAWDASV accommodation and community support services in Caerphilly. We’re proud to extend our person-led, trauma-informed approach to individuals and families in Caerphilly – building on the support we already provide across Torfaen, Newport, Blaenau Gwent and Monmouthshire.

Why is this change happening?

Following the recent retendering process by Caerphilly County Borough Council, the VAWDASV (Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence) Refuge and Floating Support Service previously delivered by Llamau has now transferred to Cyfannol Women’s Aid.

What does this mean for our existing services?

Nothing will change for the services we currently provide and we are committed to ensuring service continuity for the new services we are delivering in Caerphilly. Our commitment to high-quality, safe, and effective support remains unchanged, and our team will continue to deliver the same support and advocacy.

Living in Caerphilly and need support?
