As of 1st April 2026, all VAWDASV (Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence) refuge services, floating support, and domestic abuse family support services in Caerphilly are being delivered by Cyfannol Women’s Aid.

This follows the awarding of the Children and Communities Grant: Domestic Abuse (Victims) – Families First contract to Cyfannol, which aligns with our recently mobilised VAWDASV Housing Support Grant services, launched in November 2025.

Together, these contracts create a seamless, joined‑up pathway of support for adults, children, and families affected by domestic abuse across the county.
