We are looking for volunteers to support our ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) service.

ISVA support volunteers will aim to empower and encourage victims and survivors of rape and sexual abuse to:

  • Have their voice heard
  • Consider their rights and options
  • Make informed decisions
  • Gain access to services

The role will involve duties such as:

  • Providing information and support when dealing with external agencies, including (but not limited to) social services, the courts, housing officers and the police.
  • Accompanying victims and survivors of rape and sexual abuse to relevant meetings, case conferences, etc.

Ideal candidates will be conscientious team players with experience in a support role or similar. Please contact info@cyfannol.org.uk for further information or contact Sally Howells on 01495 742052 for an informal chat about the role.
