As we get closer to Christmas, we’re putting extra measures in place to ensure the safety of everyone who accesses and delivers our services, whilst continuing to provide support to those who need it.
From Tuesday 15th December, all of our office/community-based teams will be working remotely as much as possible.
Support will be available on the phone and our refuges will continue to operate as normal throughout this period.
Between 15th and 23rd December, face-to-face support will be available on a pre-arranged basis for those who need it. You can call us to pre-book an appointment at one of our offices.
Other than this, our offices will be closed to the general public.
We ask that any Christmas donations are dropped to our offices by 16th December – strictly by pre-arranged appointment.
To reduce the pressure on our offices at this busy time, we are encouraging contactless donations via our Christmas appeal page, if you would like to donate: https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/CyfannolChristmas2020
As we continue to respond to the risks and needs of the areas we serve, please check your local office opening hours for area-specific information: www.cyfannol.org.uk/contact
