You can read the full guidance on the Welsh Government website.
During this two-week period, Cyfannol staff will be working from home as much as possible, with the exception of refuge staff and staff facilitating essential pre-booked, face-to-face appointments.
As before, remote support will be available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday via our phonelines.
Cyfannol will continue to make face-to-face support available for anyone who requires an appointment for safety or wellbeing reasons, as well as women who are accessing our accommodation provision.
Please call us to access support or pre-book an appointment.
All other ongoing support will continue via phone or online.
We are committed to continuing to deliver our vital support services across each of our delivery areas as efficiently and effectively as possible, whilst supporting the national fire break.
Please remember: if you need support in relation to any form of Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse or Sexual Violence: contact us or call the Live Fear Free Helpline: 0808 80 10 800.
