Introduction to Own My Life Course for Professionals

As we prepare for the launch of our new domestic abuse groupwork programme, we are inviting professionals to find out more about the Own My Life course at one of our introductory sessions. Delivered by groupwork facilitators in each of our service areas, these sessions will provide an introduction to the course, supporting you to make referrals for your clients and signpost to this new support option. About the Own My Life Course:

This innovative education programme is designed to enable women to regain ownership of their lives after abuse. The course helps women make sense of what has been done to them, discover their strengths and develop the skills to move forward.

Initially run online, Cyfannol Women’s Aid’s Own My Life groups will provide a safe space for women to meet together to complete the course.
