Extended support, education and training services

We are an Agored Cymru approved centre, offering a range of education and training opportunities for both clients and professionals

For clients:

The Freedom Programme

The Freedom Programme is for any woman who has experience of domestic abuse; be it in their personal or professional lives.

This programme consists of 12 sessions, but you can take it at your own pace, participating in each session as much or as little as you like. The course identifies tactics abusers use, the beliefs held by abusers and the effects of domestic abuse on women and children. Each session is entirely confidential.

Contact us or download the Freedom Programme leaflet for further information and view this video for a taster of the programme content:

Recovery Toolkit

The Recovery Toolkit is for any woman who has suffered domestic abuse and no longer has contact with her perpetrator or their perpetrator is on a recognised programme.

During this 12-week programme, you will gain knowledge about the effects of abuse. Each week you will learn techniques to challenge negative thoughts to build positive, healthy relationships in a new life free of abuse.
